Warranty

The descriptions contained here apply to the products on our website. We have no liability for promotions of third parties.

Orders

By filling out the order form and selecting products, you enter into a sales contract with Binkert Foods and agree to the general terms and conditions written here.
You will receive a confirmation and invoice by email. If you would like to cancel the purchase contract, please contact us within 24 hours.

Payment and Delivery Conditions

We reserve the right to send the goods only after we have received full payment of the invoice amount. The prices on your specific invoice apply.
Separate agreements (e.g. monthly billing) between Binkert Foods and companies are possible and have priority over these terms and conditions.

The delivery takes place by the Swiss Post or by direct delivery.
You can find more detailed information about delivery dates on the Order Page and on your order confirmation.

Deliveries

Deliveries can be arranged on a customer-specific basis.
If not agreed upon otherwise, the shipping / delivery price is made up of postage / kilometer flat rate and packaging costs.
Shipping and delivery only in Switzerland.

Complaints & Customer Service

If something was wrong, please contact us.
Returns are not possible because it is a refrigerated product.
We gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Incorrect, damaged or incomplete deliveries must be reported within 5 days.

Changes

These terms and conditions are subject to change over time.
